Stella Voreas’ motto is “Pilates for every body” because she believes from her heart that fitness and inner-health  shouldn’t be reserved for the young or naturally athletic. There are no cookie-cutter physiques from Stella’s perspective. Feeling healthy and active means different things to different people; people who come in all ages, shapes and sizes. At the studio it’s never to late to embrace a new level of physical fitness.

Why Pilates? Because Pilates is not an endpoint to physical fitness, it is a base. When you incorporate Pilates into your lifestyle you give yourself the tools you need physically and mentally to be better at everything you do. If you want to be a better tennis player, golfer, runner, dancer, singer, parent or grandparent chasing a toddler, the right fitness teacher/coach  such as Stella will give you the inner focus and strength you need to excel.

The Breathe! Studio is located on the lower floor of a three-story modern home in the heart of the West Hills of Portland, off of Skyline Drive looking out over Forest Park  and Mt Hood . A relaxing 10 minute, scenic drive from the northwest section of Portland, the studio faces the woods and provides privacy, focus and and serenity.

The studio consists of two rooms filled with top-of-the line equipment including reformers, barrels, wunda chairs, a traditional trapeze table and other pieces of aerobic ,weight training and Egoscue equipment . No expense has been spared to offer Stellas’ clients everything they need to succeed.
